Multiple crushes/bugs on MacOs High Sierra

Crush when I try to Export few presentations into Video (main and really painful crush).

  • Save project with another name does not helps
  • Import buggy project into new “blank” project does not helps.
  • Copy & Paste from “buggy” presentation to new one - does not helps.
  • format switch (mp4, avi, …) does not helps
  • 100% reproduce

Crush some (other) process when I edit presentation (after that “current” slide in main window freeze in damaged state). Happens in new and old presentations. Helps only “Close” current project and “open” it again.

  • 100% reproduce

Funny bug - sometimes you cannot delete slide(s) because your player located on some slide.

It seems to be a project specific issue. Can you please share the project files and its external data folder named in the pattern PROJECT_FILE_files if any so we can check? If these files are large, you can upload them to a cloud storage site like Google Drive then send the link to support@atomisystems.com

Done. 1 slide with 100% crash.
After removing TextBox - successful export Video.

Thanks for sharing the file. We confirm that is a bug in ActivePresenter for macOS. It will be fixed in the next update. In the meantime, please select the text-box then select a color for its text (in the Home tab) to overcome the issue.
