Mp4 pattern not working

Hello. I cannot export video to mp4 format in Active Presenter: 9.1.3 (For: Toolbar: Export > Video > General > MP4). Technical data:

Intel i7-1360P
RAM 32 GB

To assist you better, can you please share the following:

  • The log of ActivePresenter. To view the log, click the ACTIVEPRESENTER button > Preferences… > Miscellaneous > View Log.
  • The project file that has the issue and its external data folder is named in the pattern PROJECT_FILE_files if any.

You can upload the files somewhere (such as Google Drive or DropBox) if the files are large and share the link with us (support@atomisystems.com).
