Mp4 export to scrom video does not launch

Problem: Imported a mp4 file to active presenter. Opn a tiltle and content and imported mp4 file. Exported mp4 video to scorm 1.2 which is what our LMS uses. Title slide appears but no sound or video. This feature worked fine prior to last week. Now it does not work.

ActivePresenter version: 8.3.1

OS: windows 10
