Missing Quiz messages buttons

Problem: I’m new to Active Presenter and am trying the free version. I’ve created a presentation but for some reason when I select any quiz type under the interactions tab I don’t get the full quiz operability - no correct and incorrect messages and no submit button. Have I disabled something by accident?

Hi,

This issue may occur if you import slides from PowerPoint presentation. Please follow below steps to resolve the issue:

  • Click View > Slide Master.
  • Click Insert Slide Master.
  • Find two question layouts in the inserted Slide Master, then copy and paste them to the first Slide Master.
  • Close Slide Master.
  • Select the question slides, then select Home > Layout > Question Layout.
