Missing .approj file

ActivePresenter Support Questions

ActivePresenter stores large audio/video resources of a project in an external data folder named PROJECT_FILE_files. I have these file but a lost file .approj. Is it possible to create new file .approj on the base of audio/video files stored in dedicated folder?

Hi Chris,

You can copy these files to another folder and open them with ActivePresenter for editing.

Thank you, but how to open? I can’t find proper option in aplication.

Hi Chris,

You can open the video from Open button in ActivePresenter start screen.
It’ll create a new project from that video.
After that, you can drag the audio to the Canvas area of the new project to import the audio.
