Problem: I can record screen, but videos shows pretty “blurry” or low quality on youtube. Specially if I select a square part of the window to record. Is there are something I can set up?

I think you should record with higher resolutions. YouTube recommend to use HD (1280x720), Full HD (1920x1080)… Your video has the highest resolution is just 480p (around 720×480).
