I have lost my license key purchased 3 years back. How do I get that license key? I have checked my mailbox in that also its not available

I think it was purchased with email id - arshiya.gupta.2019@gmail.com

I don’t have any other details as emails from this mailbox were deleted

Regarding self help, its aaking for product id

I am not sure how do I get that product id

Hi Atin,

To recover your license key or order number, you can try the following methods:

  • Check the Software (If Installed): Open ActivePresenter on the activated computer, go to the Help tab, and click About. Your serial number will be listed there.

  • Search Email History: Search all your email accounts (including spam/junk folders) for these keywords:

    • Atomi Systems

    • ActivePresenter

    • 2Checkout or Verifone (payment processors)

If you still cannot locate it, please provide any of the following details so the database can be searched for you:

  • Full Name: The name of the person who made the purchase.

  • Company Name: If it was a business purchase.

  • Alternative Email Addresses: Any work, school, or personal emails used during purchase.

Hi

My computer was crashed so I don’t any of these. Email id used to purchase I mentioned already. Its

arshiya.gupta.2019@gmail.com

I am unable to provide the Order details and Product key as my computer was crashed and my emails and the installed application was lost
