Losing changes on AP 9

Hi,

When working on Active Presenter version 9, despite saving all changes, I observed that I am losing changes everytime I open the Approj file. For example, I lost changes such as redirection from one slide to other.

This is happening on Windows 11 laptop with 8 GB RAM and 512 GB SSD.

Is this a glitch or am I missing something?

Hi,

Please share with us the following files to support@atomissytems.com so we can investigate further:

  • Your project file and its external data folder named in the format PROJECT_FILE_files (if any)
  • The log of ActivePresenter (File > Preferences > Miscellaneous > View Log)

If the files are large, kindly upload them to a cloud storage site like Google Drive or Dropbox and share the download link with us.
