ActivePresenter just sends reports to the LMS. How and where to show the reported data depend on each LMS.

ActivePresenter only exports the contents in the standard formats, such as SCORM and xAPI. These formats are compatible with any LMS that supports SCORM or xAPI. So you don’t need to care about how it works.
About your problem, to view the course report and track learner results, normally, you should go to Course Management in the admin page of LMS, then find your course to view the report. It depends on each LMS, you should look at your LMS manual or tutorial to find it.
