License activation problem

Problem: hi, i have 2 license active presenter but i don’t have 1 of 2 computers. How do I activate my license on my new computer?

ActivePresenter Version: 7.5.11

OS: CATALINA

I deactivated your license on Jan 27 and let you know via email.
Maybe you didn’t receive that email or it went to the spam/junk folder.
