Buenos días,
Tengo una tablet windows y un portatil, hay veces que trabajo en un dspositivo o en otro, quiero saber si puedo tener instalado Active Presenter en ambos dispositivos sin tener que estar quitando la licencia en uno y poniendola en el otro continuamente.
Solo se trabajaría en uno a la vez nunca en los dos simultaneamente

Yes, it is possible to install ActivePresenter on both 2 devices with one license, as long as both are desktop devices (Windows/macOS). A single license allows activation on up to two desktop devices for the same user.
However, the license is intended for one user only, and it should not be used simultaneously by multiple users.
So in your case, you can install and activate ActivePresenter on both your tablet and laptop and freely switch between them for your work.

No me deja, en el equipo que lo tengo instalado, active presenter está cerrado, al meter la licencia en la tablet me dice que esta clave de producto se ha activado hasta su límite de volumen

Please check whether your license is a Personal License or a Company License. Only Personal Licenses can be activated on up to two computers at the same time for the same user.
If your license is a Personal License but you still cannot activate it on the second device, please send us your license key so we can check it for you.

Based on the ActivePresenter EULA, a Personal License is for individual users who purchase the software for themselves (not on behalf of a company or organization).
What you get:
You can install and activate it on up to 2 devices (for example, a laptop and a desktop)
It must be used by you only
You can’t use both devices at the same time
A Business License applies if the software is purchased for a company, corporation, or any organization.
Each license is valid for one device at a time
If multiple people or machines need access, you’ll need multiple licenses
Look at your purchase confirmation email - if it is the Business License, it’d come with the Organization Detail in the email
