I can’t seem to shorten the length of time my slides are displayed in a project. I have set the length of time it should be, and you can see the red marker is where it should be, however it continues playing beyond that time when previewing in HTML. It is happening on almost every slide in this project?
You just need to place the mouse at the end line of the slide object (blue arrow), press the mouse and drag it to the red marker to reduce the slide length duration.

I am having the same issue as noma_i. I cannot shorten the duration of the first slide in my presentation. Normally this is very simple; I have done it with many other projects.
Have you made any progress with noma’s issue?
I think I found a workaround; I did “Select all” with the problem slide, Inserted a new blank slide, Pasted the clipboard, and the slide duration was correct. I then deleted the original slide.

Hey there, I ended up sending my entire project to support and they rectified the issue on their end and sent me back my file. I wasn’t able to fix the problem, even by creating a new slide and pasting the items from the clipboard. Like you, I have never had this problem before. Glad you found a workaround that works for you!
