Is There a Way to Import Excel Data Into ActivePresenter Projects as Tables or Interactive Elements?

Hello

I am creating an interactive training module in ActivePresenter & need to include some data tables that I currently manage in Microsoft Excel. :slightly_smiling_face:Now; I am copying & pasting the data into text boxes but formatting gets messy and it’s hard to keep things consistent when the data changes. :innocent:

Is there a way to directly import Excel content into a project either as static tables or even as interactive elements?

I am especially interested in showing side-by-side comparisons, numeric data / training users on reading spreadsheet-style content. :slightly_smiling_face:Ideally; I would like to avoid screenshots & maintain editable / at least cleanly formatted tables inside the slide.

If there’s any workaround using HTML widgets / CSV import features; I would be happy to explore those too. Checked How to Work with Tables in ActivePresenter 9 - Atomi Systems, Inc.. for reference.

While I was reading up on what is Microsoft Excel and how it’s used for data presentation; I realized it would be great to bridge these two tools for better training materials. :slightly_smiling_face:

Has anyone here managed to create a smooth workflow between Excel and ActivePresenter?

Thank you !! :slightly_smiling_face:

Hi,

Currently, ActivePresenter allows you to import multiple questions from CSV files, so you can create questions in Excel and then save them as a CSV file to import into ActivePresenter.

If you want to import an Excel file directly into ActivePresenter as static data, unfortunately, the app doesn’t support this. However, you can consider using the Table feature in ActivePresenter to create your own table.
