Invalid device in new version of ActivePresenter

Problem: Today I was offered to upgrade my version to the latest one. After upgrade I can’t record any sounds from mic. I have tried to change mic, to reboot PC, to reinstall the software - result was the same.
Then I have opened logs and have founded these records

That is very strange - because all devices are working fine on other progs - such as for example - Skype or Audacity

What can I do else to fix the problem?

Thank you!

ActivePresenter Version: 7.3.1

OS: WIN 10

Notes:

Hi,

Can you please try following steps to see if the issue can be resolved or not:

  • Uninstall the audio driver.
  • Restart your computer.
  • Install the latest audio driver from the hardware manufacturer, don’t use the driver which is installed automatically by Windows.

Regards,
