Hello ActivePresenter Team,
I’m experiencing an intermittent issue with ActivePresenter 10.0. The application works normally when I launch it for the first time. However, after closing it, if I try to open it again by double-clicking on an ActivePresenter project file, sometimes the application does not launch.
Occasionally it shows a “Application Not Responding” status, and I need to force quit the application. This issue does not happen every time, but it occurs intermittently.

ActivePresenter version: 10.0.0 - 64-bit. (Released: 2025.08.29)
OS: macOS 15.6 (24G84)
