You can try one of the two ways below to see which is meet your needs.
- Download the video from Vimeo then insert it into ActivePresenter normally.
Drop the video from your folder in the app or access the Insert tab > click Video (1).

- Use the Web Object feature to embed the link which contains your Vimeo video into ActivePresenter.
Open the the Insert tab > click Web Object (2).
