Insert Feedback Layer

When I insert a new feedback layer, it includes the title and button from the master, but not the text box. See attached video.

Is this a bug? User error? My misunderstanding of how it’s supposed to work?

You can just click the checkbox for text above to apply a textbox to your layer.
