Importing a PPT slide to AP 9 looks different

I have a PPT slide that I want to import into ActivePresenter 9.

After importing, the slide appears visually different - it seems like a layer is missing and the “white” field is not present. Unfortunately, the PPT master requires me to use this specific slide layout.
