Import WAV audio file

Hello, good afternoon.
Problem:
We’re having problems synchronizing an audio file in WAV format.
When we import a file of this type, it is not synchronized. In other words, the graphic representation on the object doesn’t match the audio.

How can we resolve this issue?

ActivePresenter version: 8.5.8 - 64-bit build. (Released: 2022.07.28)

OS: Windows 10

Please share your project file (and its external data folder named in the format PROJECT_FILE_files if any) and your audio file (WAV format) so we can check.
If these files are large, you can upload them to a cloud storage site like Google Drive and then send us the download link.

The audio file was created in AI Studio Google.

From the second 0:46 to the end 1:37 there is no sound.

Hi,

Thank you for sending the file.
It seems that the issue comes from your audio. Kindly follow the suggestions below to overcome the issue.

  1. Right-click the audio in the Timeline pane > Export to File > select another audio format (For example, MP3 or M4A) > Save.

  1. Delete the WAV file > Import the exported audio to the project again (Insert tab > Audio > From File > select the exported audio)

Then, you can preview the Audio in the Timeline to see if the issue resolves.
