Problem: Active presenter was not opening

OS: 10

Hi,

Due to some similar reports before, this issue might come from antivirus software like Avast.
It wrongly blocked ActivePresenter from accessing some locations on the user’s computer.

Could you kindly check again if you use Avast Antivirus? If so, please add ActivePresenter to the allowed list of the antivirus software to see if it works.
