HTML5 preview and HTML 5 export different from preview in app

Problem: I added a transparent GIF to a project. When I preview using the space button, or save the slide as a video all works well. But when I export to HTML 5 or use the HTML preview button, the GIF has a black background. Please advise how i can fix this.

ActivePresenter version: 9.1.4

OS: Windows 11 Home

Hi,

It seems that you have imported the GIF via Insert Video. Please insert it again using Image (Insert > Image) to solve the problem.
