I do have the same problem, when exporting the file in HMTL5 it starts muted. I tied to fix it in the player setting, but it didn’t work.

Other users have the same question as yours. So, please find the answer in this thread: Unmute audio on autoplay
The best practice to overcome this issue is inserting a button on the first scene. The user must click on that button to start the course.
