How to remove Blur Effect?

Problem:
I can’t see how it’s possible to remove a once added Blur Effect.
I can’t select it (aiming to delete it) without selecting the whole Video at the same time (resulting in deleting also the Video, which is not what I want).

ActivePresenter Version: Pro Edition, Version 7.1.0

OS: Windows 7 Professional

Another user that’s frustrated with how this works.

I deleted a whole video too - and Undo didn’t work - so I had to redo a chunk of work.

Please make this work like other things work.
