The request is to have free moving navigation within a topic while only being able to move to the next topic once the prior topic is complete.
I decided to have a little fun with this and combine the concept with some passcodes.
In this sample - you will find three sheds with a different color door.
Each door is locked and has a different passcode to unlock it for access.
You will progress from blue to pink to yellow.
You may visit the slides in the blue shed in whatever order you wish.
Once a door is unlocked, it remains unlocked so you can revisit blue at anytime without need for the blue code.
Visit all slides in blue to receive the pink code.
Visit all slides in pink to receive the yellow code.
Visit all slides in yellow to reveal the complete button.
Once complete, you can still return home and choose a different topic.
If you use the reset button, however, you will need to use the codes again.
Though not fully developed as just a proof of concept, hopefully you can use this different approach to controlled navigation to come up with some more fun ideas.
