Feature Suggestion: Workspace Settings and Layout Switching

Hello ActivePresenter Team,

I would like to suggest adding a Workspace Settings feature to ActivePresenter, similar to what Adobe applications offer.

This feature would allow users to:

  • Save custom panel arrangements and window layouts.
  • Quickly switch between different saved workspaces depending on the task (e.g., editing, recording, reviewing).
  • Restore default layouts with a single click.

Benefits:

  • Faster workflow – Users can instantly switch to the optimal layout for the task at hand.
  • Personalization – Each user can arrange panels according to their preferences and save them.
  • Consistency – Layouts can be restored even after rearranging windows or changing screen setups.

This would greatly improve usability and speed up common workflows, especially for professionals who work on multiple types of projects in ActivePresenter.
