Exporting to HTML and sharing file via email

Problem:
I am new to exporting and sharing files so hope you can help me. I am exporting to HTML 5, but when I go to share the file vial email, it only opens to a white screen. I don’t know if it needs zipped or what I’m doing wrong. We are not using an LMS currently (may use Moodle in the future).

Hi,

HTML5 output cannot be shared via email because it includes multiple JS, CSS and multimedia files, you need to host it on a web server and share the link or upload it into an LMS.
