Problem:
Export Video: Distorted MP4 project file

Notes:
Project created with imported Power Point pages. We’ve have use this way for couple a years and it has been workin correctly. this “new” updated version is producting distorted MP4 files.
Resolved this issue by ourselves:
Adjust the following:
When exporting to MP4 and the pop up window
appears, do the following adjustment:
Video size % to: 133
this should give you the following settings:
Width: 1277 and Height 718
The exported MP4 looks correctly.
We found that the best quality is at Video size %: 200
Width: 1920 and Height 1080

After conducting additional tests in an environment similar to yours, we can confirm that the software still works fine in our tests. We assume that the problem could be the result of changing the slide size.

The issue was found in the defaults that you made in the EXPORT tab!
we have bought 4 licenses and all the installations show the same settings!
THIS IS THE MOST BUG FILLED update you have pused!
the only word to discribed it is: GARBAGE!

Regarding the PowerPoint file you shared in this thread:
we have checked and found that the original PowerPoint file has a relatively low resolution of 960x540. Consequently, when importing it into ActivePresenter and exporting it as a video at the default video size of 100%, the exported video retains the resolution of 960x540, which may not appear clearly on larger resolution screens. In this case, we find your suggestion to export the video at 200% video size (1920x1080) to be appropriate.
