Export MP4 - audio output missing

Problem: I imported a PoerPoint .pptx file with embedded audio files, then exported as an MP4 - but there is no audio output.

ActivePresenter Version: Required. 6.1.6

OS: Required. Win 8.1

Notes: I experienced thsi issue with PowerPoint and am looking for an alternative, improved software package to hone and refine this presentation and create more; I also found PP to be unreliable in other ways. Please help!

Unfortunately, ActivePresenter 6 has not supported importing sound from PowerPoint presentations yet.
You can download ActivePresenter 8 from this link https://atomisystems.com/download/ and try to import it again.
