Why is it when I export a screen recording as an .mkv and all the format settings set to .mkv, but the exported video format turned out to be Flash Screen Video (FSV1), with a frame rate of 1000 and with the audio codec PCM S16 LE (araw) ?

MKV format can contains most common audio and video codecs. ActivePresenter uses this format for meaning of exporting without quality loss so the FSV1 and PCM S16 LE are used. This format should be used in intermediate phase when you want to use other video converter to encode the output video, or when you want to import the video to other projects.
