Problem: Error while launching the app

ActivePresenter version: 10.6.0

OS: Windows 11 Pro

Notes:

Hi! I’ve reinstalled the app several times. The installation goes without any problems, but when I launch the app, I always get the same error:

Unable to initialize the temporary-file session under: C:\Users\…\AppData\Roaming\ActivePresenter\temp
The app could not initialize a safe temporary folder.

The app creates a file named .rltemp-maintenance-u2…4E.lock, but it is empty, 0 Kb.

I granted the user all possible permissions to manage that folder, tried as admin and not admin, nothing worked.

Thanks a lot! The error has gone. I switched from 9.4.0, and this new version looks so much better :sparkling_heart:
