Problem: Hello, I have a problem, when starting the program the following error appears, can you help me?

Notes: Error is in portuguese, the translation is: activepresenter object doesn’t support property or method

Hi,

It seems the issue happens on some specific computers. You can safely ignore this warning by following steps:

  • In Start Page, click Preferences (the Gear icon).
  • Select the Miscellaneous tab.
  • Set the Log UI Level to Error.
  • Click OK and restart the program.
