Dropped frames while recording screen as video


What to do when frames dropped while recording screen as video? Stop recording and re-record?
I remember had 88000+ frames dropped while recording. Didn’t know what it meant at first.

How to recover dropped frames?

Please help.

That means the encoder is not fast enough to process all captured frames. Normally, it doesn’t cause any problem.
To investigate further, please share the log so we can check. To view the log, click ActivePresenter > Preferences > Miscellaneous > View Log.
