I’m sharing a sample project in the attachment. There seems to be an issue in the review mode when some drag-and-drop options are left blank. The review sometimes marks correct answers as wrong and empty answers as correct.
Please open the project and try the scenario shown in the attached screenshot:
Give a wrong answer for 3 + 4 =, for example “2”.
Give the correct answer for 1 × 2.
Leave 4 % 2blank.
When you click Submit, you’ll notice that even though 4 % 2 is left blank, the review mode marks it as correct.
Is this a known issue with ActivePresenter? How can I fix it?
In this case, one drag source can be dropped into multiple drop targets, and each drop target can accept one of these drag sources. Therefore, multiple scenarios may occur, and it might not have been fixed in the previous update.

I will upload this project to the LMS for the students at school. I was wondering if there has been any progress on solving the issue? I can’t upload it at the moment because my project is currently faulty.

After downloading, paste the file into the following folder to replace the existing one: C:\Program Files\ATOMI\ActivePresenter\templates\html5\js
