Does activepresenter not support h.264

Problem:
I would like to insert a avi video with h.264 code. The video plays with quick speed after import. But I can see it with other media player normally. whether is activepresenter not redy for h.264 code video?
For example: my video

ActivePresenter version:
8.2.2 - 64-bit build
OS:
Win 10

It seems that this file has something special so the video plays incorrectly. We will check more.

Besides, you can try this workaround using HandBrake https://handbrake.fr/ to convert the video. Then import the converted video into ActivePresenter.
