Hi, I would like to explore if it is possible to track the user’s answers to a multiple-choice question in a quiz for each attempt. Currently, in the default “Report Slide”, only the final answer of the user is shown under “Learner Response”, even if there are multiple attempts (see screenshot below). Thank you.

Currently, ActivePresenter’s default Report Slide shows only the learner’s final response to each question. There is no built-in option to display the response history for individual attempts.
In theory, this may be achievable through custom JavaScript. However, it would require a custom implementation and thorough testing, particularly for retries, shuffled answers, resumed sessions, and LMS/SCORM reporting. Therefore, we cannot currently recommend or provide it as a standard supported workflow.
