Display issues and crashes in 10.6

Problem:

Hello,
I just updated to the latest version and am experiencing a lot of display issues (see below). These issues affect the toolbar, as well as the previews, which turn completely white.
The software crashes regularly, making it impossible to work with.
Do you plan to release a patch soon? If not, I’d like to revert to the previous version so I can continue working.

Update : I changed the theme (I was using the dark theme) to the light theme, and the toolbar displayed correctly

Uptdate 2 : it does not work.

Thank you for the screenshots, and we’re sorry for the inconvenience.

When ActivePresenter crashes and the BugSplat crash report dialog appears, please submit the crash report and send us the Crash ID so that we can locate it and investigate the issue.

Could you also send us the following?

  • The ActivePresenter log file: Preferences > Miscellaneous > View Log
  • The affected project file

You can send the log file and project to us via email at support@atomisystems.com.
