Why can’t I open content created in ActivePresenter 10 in ActivePresenter 9? Is there a solution?

ActivePresenter projects are backward compatible, but not forward compatible.
This means that once a project is saved in ActivePresenter 10, it can only be opened in version 10 or later, and cannot be opened in ActivePresenter 9 or earlier versions.
Please make sure to check the reminder pop-up carefully before saving your project to avoid any compatibility issues.
I’m afraid you need to build your project in version 9 if you want to continue working with or sharing it with users who are still using ActivePresenter 9. Once a project has been saved in version 10, there is no way to convert it back to an earlier version.
