Cursor position different after recording

Hi,

I started using ActivePresenter for screen recording (video tutorials) and I enjoy using it however, after recording the cursor position is totally different… I would explain something and move my cursor into a location and then inside ActivePresenter it would show cursor much higher on the screen…

Please help

Hi,

Does your computer has multiple displays? If so, please make sure that they have same DPI (scale) settings. ActivePresenter doesn’t work well with multiple displays which have different DPI settings.
