Pulse, Teeter, Spin. Those are the only animations that currently exist for objects (minus the paths you can make things move in).
I was wondering if new animations will be available or, better yet, is there a way I can create my own object animations.

Unfortunately, there is no way to create custom animation instead of using the standard animations which are listed in the Animations tab. We will try to add more animations in future releases.
