Could not export image

Problem: When trying to export a Demonstration in HTML5 I get an issue with the following popup

‘Could not export image’ and the export stops. However, it plays just fine in the HTML5 preveiw. Would anyone have any suggestions?

Hi,

Can you provide the following files so we can check:

  • The project file and its external data folder named in the form PROJECT_FILE_files if any.

  • The log of ActivePresenter: You can find the log file by going to Preferences -> Miscellaneous -> View Log button.
    Or you can also access the log file directly by opening Explorer, type in %AppData%\ActivePresenter then press Enter, the log file name is ActivePresenter.log in that folder.
