My OS crashed so had to re-stall all of my apps. Will my product KEY still work to activate my license? Or will the product KEY still show as installed"?

Do you still know what your key is?
You should still be able to use the license key.
However, you may need to deactivate it first at the link below.

Hopefully you are able to get up and running soon.

Hi Bill,
You can remotely deactivate your license key through the self-help link provided above.
Then, activate it into ActivePresenter after re-installing the app.
