Collapse groups in timeline

I am working a lot with grouped objects. They are also shown grouped in the timeline, however, it seems that there is no button where I can collapse a “timeline group” so that it is displayed only in a single lane?

Hi,

If you want a group object in the Timeline pane to display in a single line instead of multiple lines, in the Timeline pane, right-click the group object, deselect Show Child Objects.

Please correct me if I misunderstood your question.

Ah, OK, that worked. Thanks!
However, the option is a bit hidden. Wouldn’t it be more intuitive to add a small expand/collapse-arrow to the very left of the lanes name? This way you can also collapse the items individually.
