Closing the Window does not Close the Course in LMS

Problem: I have created a course with a quiz at the end. When the last slide of the course is the last quiz question I can close the window and my LMS system updates the course so say that it is complete. However when I add a slide after the last quiz question (to tell the user that the course is complete) my LMS system leaves the course pending. I’ve tried comparing the properties of the 2 slides and they seem to be the same. Is there something else I need to add to my notification slide to make the course close on my LMS system when the window closes?

ActivePresenter Version: 7.5.8

OS: Windows 10 Enterprise

Hi,

Please make sure that:

  • The Transition > Auto Advance option of the last slide is checked.
  • The last slide doesn’t contain any interactions (ex. a button) which has the Pause Presentation to wait for user input option is checked. You can select the interaction, then go to Properties > Interactivity to check this option.

If the problem still persists, please share the project so we can check.
