Clipping the red shape’s parts outside the blue shape is simple because you just need to place it on a lower layer compared to the blue one. In the case where you want to clip the parts inside the blue shape, have you tried editing the path of the red shape?

Yes. I’m trying to clip the red element inside the shape of the blue one so that the red element is only visible according to the shape of the blue element. This is just an example, the real implementation is by using images, so I don’t think editing the path is plausible.
Yes, that’s correct. Clipping images in that way isn’t possible, so you may need to clip the images before importing them into Saola Animate.
