Hi is there a way to disable the Click or Tap to unmute? My videos are starting as muted even though the audio is running.

Hi Dale,

If you refer to the notification, you can clear the checkbox “Disable [Click or Tap to Unmute] Notification” when exporting to HTML5.
If you want to unmute the audio without clicking, it’s not possible due to the autoplay policy on most browsers. The best practice is using a start button on the first slide and require the user to click it to continue.

I un-checkbox “Disable [Click or Tap to Unmute] Notification” when exporting to HTML5, that worked perfectly.
