Change tempdir folder in Active Presenter 8.0.6

Problem:
I have small c drive but large usb external hard drive I want to use because c is constantly running out of space. Found instructions to modify this file which is not present on my system: \username\AppData\Roaming\ActivePresenter\ActivePresenter.apconfig

I searched for this file on my c: drive but there is no such file on my computer…

ActivePresenter Version: 8.0.6

OS: Win 10 1909
