Problem: I can only select Microsoft Azure voice “Ava” from the English US option in the Language selection dropdown box. I would like to be able to select her from the English Australian Language option. I am able to choose that voice and set the accent to be Australian in ClipChamp. The result is great quality.

Currently in ActivePresenter 9.3, Azure voices are grouped based on the voice locale provided by Microsoft Azure. Therefore, the Ava voice is only available under English (United States) and cannot be selected from the English (Australia) language option.
Regarding your observation with Clipchamp, as it is a Microsoft product, it may have access to speech features or integrations that are not currently available through the standard Azure Speech API used by third-party applications. ActivePresenter relies on the standard Azure API and follows the voice-to-locale mapping provided by the service.
If you are looking for an Australian English voice, you may also try Natasha (Neural) or Annette (Neural), which are designed for English (Australia).
