Change a 1080p module in a 720p module

Hello.
I have been working for several months on a module for a client of my company. It was initially decided to make this module in 1080p. However, given the number of videos in this module, it was decided last week to change the resolution, and to go from 1080p to 720p.
Is this possible?
How?
