Can't record video

Problem: Can’t record video

ActivePresenter version: 8

OS: Windows 10

Notes: I’ve followed exactly the notes on how to record video but all I get is a blank screen. Coule it be something on my device that is preventing the recording. Many thanks. Joe

Can you please send the log of ActivePresenter to support@atomisystems.com so we can check? To view the log, in the Start Page , click Preferences (the gear icon) > Miscellaneous > View Log .
