it keeps telling me “activepresenter cannot add image to project”, i am on the free version but it wont let me load one picture, have tried many different ways from folders to decktop to even sd card, none work, please help
I have looked for a long time in the questions and I can not find one question or answer on this, very surprising to see how many questions there are. I upload this app and I cannot even get out of the first loop to even begin a project.

It seems that you cannot add images to your ActivePresenter project. If so, please take a look at this tutorial: https://atomisystems.com/tutorials/ap7/how-to-insert-an-image-in-activepresenter-7/.
If the problem persists, could you check with other images? Also, please send us the log file.
To view the log, in Start Page, click Preferences (the Gear icon near the bottom left) > Miscellaneous > View Log.
